Homesense is my favorite home decor shop. I could walk in and take one of everything, they have such unique pieces, and most are at insanely good prices.

I wanted to do a blog about the pieces I bought today so hopefully you can get some ideas for your own homes.

I have been looking for some fun and interesting dishes and bowls recently, I always thought you had to have dishes which were all from the same set and matching, but I really like the idea of each dish being slightly different and quirky. I thought both of these would be great for dips and sauces.

The one on the left was £3.99 and is from the Topkapi collection, and hand made in Turkey. I love the pattern and colour. Frankly the picture doesn’t do it justice.

The one on the right was also £3.99. I love the intricate details around the edges.

I then found these beautiful blue mugs, so instagram worthy! These were £2.99 each and hand made in Portugal. I just love how they aren’t perfectly round,they are so quirky, I can’t wait to have my morning coffee in these.

I’ve been waiting a really cute small jar to put cotton wool buds in. I know that’s so random, but I really dislike having items in their actual packaging. I think this would look really cool on my dressing table. This was £3.99.

Lastly, I bought these make up brushes. I always hate paying ridiculous amount of money for a high-end brushes, so am always on the lookout for a bargain.
