Prosecco Ice Lollies

There’s only one thing better than a cold glass of prosecco… and that’s a glass of prosecco in ice lolly form!

This is a great adult summer treat, perfect for warm summer evenings sat outside, and they look so pretty, I nearly didn’t want to eat mine… nearly!

Ingredients

  • Summer fruits, chopped
  • Prosecco
  • Ice lolly moulds

Method

Place your fruit in the ice lolly moulds, try not to cut the fruit too big or too small. You need them small enough to fit into the moulds, but not too small that they just fall to the bottom.

Top up the moulds with the prosecco, and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until fully frozen.
