Hi Everyone,
So I feel like I’ve abandoned you lovely lot over the past 2 weeks. I would firstly like to apologise, its been very hectic in our household the past couple of weeks, with some very high highs, and some very low lows. I’ve been meaning to post this recipe for a week now, but time seems to have past by way too quickly.
I made this for a friend’s birthday, as a last minute addition to a buffet. I used to make it all the time when I was at Uni. In my halls of residence we would have baking Tuesday, where we would all gather in the communal kitchen at 8pm, and bake together. We would buy a box of wine, and just have so much fun. This was a staple for us its so simple and easy, but tastes delicious.
Ingredients
- 400 g Milk Chocolate
- 125g Golden Syrup
- 125g Unsalted Butter
- 100g Mini Marshmallows
- 200g Digestives
- 200g Maltesers
Method
Melt the milk chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl.
Break the digestives into small pieces, and add to the melted chocolate mixture, along with the marshmallows and maltesers. Mix thoroughly, and spread evenly on a baking tray covered with grease proof paper.
Chill in the fridge until set.
